In immediate danger?
Who can use this page
Anyone can report content on Kinviq, including people who do not have an account. Members can also report a member, photo, video, message or party from the relevant menu inside their account.
This includes reporting an intimate image or video of you that was shared without your consent, a photo or video in which you appear, your identity or personal information being used by someone else, and any content you believe is illegal.
How to report
Email support@kinviq.com with the subject “Content report” and include:
- Which content. The link to the profile, photo, video or party, the member's display name, or as precise a description as you can give of where the content appears.
- Why you are reporting it. Why you believe it is illegal, or how it concerns you, for example that it shows you or uses your personal information without your consent.
- How to reach you. The email address you write from is used to reply to you about the report.
Do not send intimate images or other illegal material in your email. A description and a link are enough for Kinviq to find the content.
What happens next
Reports are reviewed by Kinviq staff. Kinviq does not tell the member concerned who made a report. Content that breaks the law or Kinviq's Community Guidelines is removed. Read more in Safety & Consent and the Privacy Notice.
If you do not receive a reply, you may send a text message on WhatsApp at +44 7348 682524. WhatsApp is for text messages only. Telephone and voice support are not available. Other contact details are on the Contact page.
