Community Guidelines
How people are expected to treat each other here, and what Kinviq does not allow.

Who is welcome here
Kinviq welcomes adults 18+ of all sexual orientations, gender identities and consensual relationship preferences.
Everyone here is held to the same safety rules, the same consent standard, the same Community Guidelines and the same law. Nothing about who you are changes what you may do to somebody else.
The consent standard
Everything that happens between two people here rests on an answer that was actually given. Four things follow from that, and they are the whole of the rule:
- Silence is not agreement. Not answering, not saying no, and going quiet are all the absence of an answer, and none of them is one.
- An answer is for one thing, once. Agreeing to something on one occasion does not agree to it on the next, and agreeing to one thing does not agree to another.
- Anyone can change their mind at any point, including part-way through, and including about something they agreed to before. Nothing is owed because something was agreed earlier.
- A person’s answer is theirs to give. Somebody who is drunk, asleep, frightened, under pressure or not free to say no cannot give one, and anything that relies on that is not consent.
What is not allowed here
These rules have no exceptions, no context that makes them acceptable, and no version of this product in which they change:
- Anyone under 18. No account, no access, no content depicting them, and no attempt to work around the verification that keeps them out.
- Anything non-consensual. Sexual content or conduct that anybody involved has not agreed to, including anything produced by coercion, pressure or a threat, and including intimate images shared without permission.
- Coercion. Pressuring somebody into anything they have not agreed to, including by wearing them down, by guilt, or by making an answer feel like the only safe option.
- Harassment. Persistent unwanted contact, including after somebody has asked you to stop, asked you to leave them alone, or blocked you — and including reaching them through another account, another endpoint or a mutual friend.
- Threats, and anything meant to frighten. Including threats to share somebody’s pictures, identity or conversations, which are never acceptable regardless of what has happened between you.
- Exploitation. Taking advantage of somebody’s situation, dependence, or difficulty understanding what is happening, and any exchange of money, goods or status for sexual content or contact.
- Impersonation. Claiming to be somebody you are not, including with somebody else’s photographs, name or identity.
- Illegal content or activity. Anything unlawful, and in particular anything involving children, trafficking, or a person who cannot consent.
- Sharing what was shared with you. Somebody else’s profile, photographs, or messages belong to them. Passing them on outside Kinviq takes a decision that was theirs to make.
What happens when a rule is broken
Where Kinviq is satisfied that an account has broken these rules, the account can be suspended or closed, and every request it makes is refused from that moment — including requests made with a session it already holds. That is enforced by the server, and it is not something the account can undo by signing in again.

Where to read more
Safety & Consent says what these rules mean in practice and how to look after yourself here, the Terms of Service set out the agreement between you and Kinviq, and the Privacy Notice says what Kinviq holds about you.
This is version 2026-09-25 of the Community Guidelines. If the wording changes, the version changes with it, and the accounts that agreed to an earlier version are asked again rather than quietly covered by the new one. See also the Privacy Notice and the Community Guidelines.
